Samsung Series 9 900X3C is a gorgeous looking ultrabook that is now available in USA, UK, India and Germany. It features 4GB RAM and features start of art Core i7 processor. Storage should not be a problem, thanks to 256GB SSD which according to Samsung make OS and apps run 60 percent faster than a mechanical hard drive.

Samsung finally has a ultrabook that would not burn a hole in your pocket. This new model is called Series 5 13.3 inch and it is much slimmer than its Series 5 14 inch ultrabook. It is much more affordable than its Series 9 ultrabooks and has good number of ports too. However, cheap price also means it has a plastic feel to it. Its touchpad and keyboard leave a lot to be desired.

The Series 5 14 inch ultrabook is the first ultrabook from Samsung that offers a built in optical drive, similar to the Dell Inspiron 14z but much slimmer. However, its screen and battery life could be better. It is very thin for an ultrabook with optical drive and has a comfortable keyboard too. However, as said earlier, its screen is not so inspiring as it has limited viewing angles. Keyboard, too is not backlit.
